Founder/Lead Trainer
Jennie Turton, Founder of the Christian Coaching School
Jennie is passionate about one thing: seeing individuals live out the fullness of the Gospel’s promise for the abundant life. She’s convinced that happens only through deep inner transformation and that coaching is one of the most powerful models that God is using today to facilitate that transformation. She co-founded Invigorate Life Coaching (parent ministry of CCS) in 2011, in partnership with Valentin Miculit, to see ministry leaders flourish in their professional and personal lives. Nearly a decade later, Jennie has trained and coached leaders from the United States to China, rejuvenating their own relationship with God so they can pour out that overflow to those they serve. She coaches and trains within corporations and non-profits as well as private individuals.
Jennie received her Professional Coaching Certification and Coach Training Certification through Lifeforming Leadership Coaching (2006). She is a certified Intimacy Coach and is mid-training to receive her certification through the Hendricks Instititute.
Jennie received a Master of Arts in Practical Theology with a Life Coaching emphasis from Regent University’s School of Divinity and a Bachelors of Arts in Communication and Journalism.
She is a life-long learner who has immersed herself in her own healing journey for the past 15 years. When she is not coaching or teaching coaching, Jennie is learning all she can about neuroscience, holistic healing, natural medicine, psychology and wellness.
Jennie resides in Santa Barbara, CA with her husband.

Heidi Reyes
Heidi is the Creative Lead at the Christian Coaching School. She helps Jennie launch new projects, oversee executive tasks, connect with potential new clients and more. Heidi comes from a background of serving as a high-level administrative assistant for a large national non-profit.
When she is not using her creative genius to make CCS greater, she loves to workout, enjoy time with her two irresistibly cute boys and spend time with her hubby. Heidi lives in Texas with her family.

As a School we seek to embody “allyship” and “advocacy” as defined in the following ways:
“Allyship is an active, consistent, and conscious practice of unlearning and re-evaluating, in which a person holding system power seeks to end oppression in solidarity with a group of people who are systemically disempowered. Since everyone holds systemic power in some areas and lacks in in others, we all have areas in which we can practice allyship.”
“Advocacy: To influence and act in ways that support vulnerable or excluded members of the community.”
We extend this allyship and advocacy to all persons, as well as to the earth and its plants and animals, as God’s creation.
