James Butler II is a Leadership and Growth Coach. To James, leadership in our world is too critical to go at it alone. He believes that renewal will only take place as healthy leaders are called, empowered, commissioned and released as multiplying influencers in the world, so his life is centered around the purpose of mobilizing leaders in strategic locales to engage the broader world-stage as multiplying influencers. James graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship and also holds a Masters of Arts in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. James currently serves as the Assistant Regional Director in the Rocky Mountain Region for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, catalyzing growth and leadership in the areas of multiethnic ministry, diversity and inclusion.
