I engage individuals in the process of breaking through barriers so they can reach their full potential in life. Over the last 25 years I have had the privilege of working with many men, women and teens helping them to deal with issues such as drug and alcohol addiction, pornography, sex addiction, anger management, career transition, relationship and marriage conflict, loss & grief as well as mental, emotional and spiritual conflict. In 2012 I teamed with an addiction recovery center to counsel and educate those struggling with substance abuse. Since then I have had the honor of coaching nearly 1000 clients and their stories are amazing. One thing stands out after hearing all of those stories... they all had hope and a burning desire to break through their addiction(s) in order to become the people they were meant to be! When I meet with people I always see something unique within each individual. However, many times that person has not yet realized his or her full potential due to self-imposed limitations. In most cases this is because of false beliefs and blurred perception. As I walk my clients through the coaching process the truth of who they are and how to overcome any challenge they face frees them to enter into a new way of believing, thinking and behaving. My own experiences have blessed me with an intimate understanding of how our past can keep us from our future. From the wounds of my childhood to my broken relationships; from divorce and lost dreams to finally owning my character flaws... all of these painful truths and many more have taught me how to become an authentic human being and to embrace my pain and struggles in order to move closer to "Living the Life I was Meant to Live".
