Mallory Frances is an expert in navigating challenging transitions and in finding potential in unlikely places. She spent a decade working in cross-cultural nonprofit ministry, taking her enroute from the inner city of Vancouver to the vibrant nooks and crannies of Kolkata and back. Mallory helps passionate, justice-oriented ministry leaders recover from reentry shock and find a new sense of direction after returning from cross-cultural ministry abroad so that they can continue to live resilient lives.
